Sexy star sues congressman for 'harassment' (9:55 p.m.)

MANILA -- Sexy star Ana Lea Javier Monday charged Representative Antonio Diaz of Zambales at the Department of Justice.
Javier, in her suit against the congressman, allegedly said Diaz made sexual advances on her and badmouthed her entourage.
Javier was accompanied by her "talent coordinator" Remedios Coady alias Baby Bueno who joined her in filing an affidavit complaint.
Diaz was accused for violating Republic Act 7877 otherwise known as the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 and Grave Oral Defamation punishable under the Revised Penal Code.
Javier said the incident transpired at Diaz private beach resort in Iba, Zambales.
The incident was witnessed by Javier's personal assistant, which she corroborated in a separate sworn statement.
