The Cebu City Government will pay P35,000 per dog for four bomb-sniffing, drug-detecting dogs, or a total of P140,000 a month, as rental. For that amount, the City will get the services of two Labradors and two Rottweilers. Not this attack-dog Belgian Malinois that merely spiced the demonstration of the service supplier.
