DUMAGUETE CITY -- Tired of hearing about so many infrastructure projects for Cebu, government officials from Siquijor and Oriental Negros griped about the lack of attention to their provinces' needs.
Siquijor Governor Orlando Fua, who has long raised the need for an airport to improve access to his province, questioned Friday the proposed resolution on the construction of a parallel runway at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA).
