Lawyer to submit impeach case v. Arroyo on Monday (10:25 a.m.)
MANILA -- Lawyer Oliver Lozano said Friday that unless the opposition in the House of Representatives can convince him not to push through with it for strong reasons, he will file on Monday an impeachment complaint against President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
The House minority had earlier said Lozano's complaint "has little chance of succeeding".
Lozano said he is going to file the case after learning that lawyer, Jose Rizalino Lopez, who also filed an impeachment complaint against Arroyo but it was junked by the House, would refile his case. (Sunnex)
