Cop breaches Davao City airport security

DAVAO CITY -- A policeman reportedly breached security procedures at the Davao International Airport Wednesday morning by boarding an airplane without a ticket.

Reports reaching Sun.Star revealed that the still unidentified policeman boarded Philippine Airlines flight PR 810 at around 7 a.m.

The cop, dressed in shorts and slippers, reportedly passed through Gate 5 of the airport and proceeded to board the plane even without a ticket.

Davao International Airport Aviation Security Group Chief John Morales said his men are still preparing their report on the incident and that he could not reveal any other detail pending the submission of the report. (BOT of Sun.Star Davao/Sunnex)
