The provinces of Kalinga and Ifugao continue to be without electricity since Monday when the typhoon made landfall in the region.
Thousands of families were also adversely affected by the calamity.
A total of 1,139 families were evacuated to the different evacuation centers in various parts of the region when their houses were destroyed or damaged by the typhoon. (Sun.Star Baguio/Sunnex)
