MANILA -- Philippine and Chinese narcotics agents raided a clandestine drug laboratory and seized P1.5 billion (US$30.3 million; euro23 million) worth of illegal methamphetamine, dealing a big blow to one of the biggest drug syndicates in Asia, an official said Saturday.
