Comelec spokesman James Jimenez will be the guest of the Sun.Star Online Talks, a joint project of the Sun.Star Network Exchange (Sunnex) that runs the Sun.Star website and the Sun.Star Cebu newspaper. Jimenez is Comelec education and information department chief and is in the thick of preparations for the May 14 polls.
