CEBU CITY – Four persons, including a policeman, were killed in a dawn shootout involving members of warring fraternities in Barangay Pagsabungan, Mandaue City, Sunday.

The shots rang out around 2:30 a.m., not far from a benefit dance in Lower Hermag.
