Aerial spray ban ruling out before June 23 (6:20 p.m.)
DAVAO CITY –- The court resolution on the aerial spraying ban in Davao City will be out before June 23, announced Regional Trial Court Branch 17 Judge Renato Fuentes in open court.
Judge Fuentes rested the case after those who moved to intervene in the case presented two witnesses.
"I will give the resolution on June 18, 19 or 20, it will be before June 23," Fuentes said.
The interveners who were given two days to present their witnesses to testify in open court presented Virginia Cataag, 52, and Rosita Bacalso, 54, both residents of Lower Sirib in Calinan district. (Rhodamae M. Hernandez of Sun.Star Davao)
