Pampanga dev't task force bares 3-year plan (8:40 p.m.)

The consolidated PDA was crafted by the group in hopes of assisting Panlilio in coming up with concrete programs within his three-year term.

Led by the National Economic and Development Authority (Neda) regional office, the groups is composed of government regional and provincial agencies, civic organizations, and private firms. (ABL of Sun.Star Pampanga)
