DAVAO CITY -- Mayor Rodrigo Duterte came up with another list of what he considers as people who give him constant headache: taxi drivers reported to have duped, harassed or caused the death of their passengers.

In his television program "Gikan sa Masa, Para sa Masa" Sunday, Mayor Duterte identified these "headaches" as Sol Cuaresma, Loloy Orquillas/Lutgardo Orquillas, Rolando "Ungo" Reponte, Tomas Tagbar, Rex Tagbar, alias Balanghoy and alias Ryan.

Duterte said these are the names of taxi drivers who have been reported to have forced their passengers to go disembark when they refused to settled for a fixed rate instead of a metered travel or who have duped their passengers by rigging up their taxi meters so these run faster than its supposed calibration.

The mayor particularly mentioned Rolando "Ungo" Reponte who, he said, was the driver of a taxi met an accident that resulted to the death of three of his passengers. (BOT of Sun.Star Davao)
