MANILA -- Philippine immigration agents have arrested two brothers wanted by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), officials said Friday.
Marvin Mercado, 34, has been hiding in the Philippines for 11 years and his 33-year-old brother, Pierre, has been doing so since 2000, said Immigration Commissioner Marcelino Libanan.
