Ma. Corazon Akol, president of the PhilNits Foundation, said AOTS will sponsor programs ranging from technical courses on teachers training programs on the fundamentals of IT as well as courses on the Japanese language for IT professionals and Bridge Systems Engineers course on the first two weeks of October.

"The scholarship grant will run for two weeks in Cebu and in Manila from October 1 to 12, AOTS will conduct the trainings for free, they will shoulder the accommodation, Davaoeños can either apply in Cebu and in Manila for the trainings, the participants will just shoulder their transportation," Akol said Tuesday during the inauguration of the PhilNits IT Business Center in Mindanao.

Akol added that the participants of the trainings should come from 100 percent Filipino-owned companies.
