MANILA -- A former agent of the National Bureau of Investigations (NBI), who was earlier reported to be missing, was found dead Tuesday inside a posh condominium together with his secretary in Makati City.
Authorities identified the fatalities as Edgar Veloso, an-ex agent of NBI and a businessman and residing at room 301 AHS Condominium at Calatagan corner Gernica Sts., Barangay Palanan Makati City, and his secretary Rachel Uy.
