TWO more members of the House of Representatives admitted receiving a “cash gift” from Malacañang following a breakfast meeting last Thursday with President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and some administration lawmakers.

Cagayan de Oro Representative Rolando Uy admitted receiving something from the Palace during the meeting with the President but said it was a “cash gift” intended for all administration lawmakers.
