A late-night fire at Neneng Compound in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City razed about 10 houses. Damage and number of dislocated families were still not determined at press time Monday night. Initial investigation said the fire was caused by a candle in a house whose electricity supply had been cut off by the power company. (Sun.Star Cebu/Amper Campaña)
