MANILA -- Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director Avelino Razon Jr. has commended three police generals in recognition of their exemplary acts to thwart the Peninsula siege last November 29.
Razon, along with Local Government Secretary Ronaldo Puno, took turns in conferring the Medalya ng Kabayanihan awards to National Capitol Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Geary Barias, Southern Police District Chief Luizo Ticman, and PNP Special Action Force (SAF) Chief Leocadio Santiago Jr.
