CEBU CITY -- Sinulog organizers and contingents are praying for fine weather on Sunday, as a low-pressure area northeast of Northern Mindanao threatens to rain on this year's grand parade.
The weather phenomenon produced a light drizzle for most of yesterday's Sto. Niño procession, said Cebu City Councilor Gerardo Carillo.
