MANILA -- Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez Sr. cleared Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) of any liabilities for the Glorietta 2 blast in October 19 that killed at least 11 and injured several others.
Gonzalez said while ALI may have own the mall, it was the Ayala Property Management Corp. (APMC) which actually handles the operations including the hiring of groups to maintain the shopping mall.
