Shaina excited over Jake (12:47 p.m.)
MANILA -- ”Your Song” presents a new monthly mini-series featuring Nikki Gil’s song entitled “Million Miles Away” this Sunday on ABS-CBN 2.
For the month of July, three young stars will join together for a realistic story of love, desire and revenge. Starring Shaina Magdayao as Lizzie, a spoiled brat and daughter of a wealthy businessman where Kiko, played by Jake Cuenca, serves as the assistant. Adding conflict is Lizzie’s arrogant boyfriend Marvin Raymundo as Q.
When asked about her tandem in “Lobo” and now in “Your Song”, Shaina said: “I’m happy that I’m being prepared with different leading men. "It’s really very hard when your love team is already established since you can’t be paired with someone else. I’m happy that ABS-CBN gave me the freedom to experiment.”
Two men will make Shaina’s world go round. "The story will open with Kiko playing 'babysitter' to Lizzie, under the instruction of Lizzie’s father. Because Lizzie hates her “chaperon,” she will do everything to get away from Kiko’s presence.
With Q’s help, they will plan different schemes to escape from Kiko’s watchful eyes. Will the two succeed in their evil plan?
