Mindanao execs hail SC's decision on homeland deal

ZAMBOANGA CITY -- Mindanao officials opposed to the signing of the homeland deal between the government and the Moro rebels hailed Tuesday the Supreme Court's (SC) decision declaring the deal unconstitutional.

The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) also plans to bring the homeland deal to the international court after it lost its trust to the Philippine Government.
