MANILA -- The United Opposition (UNO) urged the Senate Sunday to immediately start the investigation on former Agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn "Joc-Joc" Bolante.

UNO fear that the continued delay on the investigation on Bolante, the alleged mastermind of the P728-million fertilizer fund scam, will just raise public hopes that he will do a Lozada.
