MANILA –- A son of former agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn “Joc-Joc” Bolante filed Monday a petition for habeas corpus, asking the appellate court to order the release of Bolante from Senate custody.
In a petition, Owen Bolante challenged the validity of the Senate's arrest warrant issued against his father, who just arrived from the US last week.
