4 girls 'molested' inside CLDRC

MAGALANG -- Four girls undergoing rehabilitation at the Central Luzon Drug Rehabilitation Center at Barangay Sto. Niņo here Wednesday accused a fellow patient of allegedly sexually abusing them.

Victims Joan, 17, of Barangay Dimasalang, Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija; Martha, 23, of Caloocan City; Imelda, 15, of Barangay Tabang, Guiguinto and Susy, 17, of Barangay Sta. Maria both in Bulacan, said they were allegedly molested by suspect Jeffrey David, 21, of Barangay Sta. Ines, Mabalacat, on separate occasions.

The victims, accompanied by CLDRC personnel, sought the help of the Magalang police, with whom they formally filed a complaint against David.

The victims said the incidents all happened at the CLDRC formation house.

Joan recounted that she was sexually molested by David last Nov. 17, and added the suspect even went to the extent of trying to "penetrate" her.

Martha, on the other hand, said David kissed and touched her private parts last Nov. 20.

Imelda, meanwhile, claimed to have been abused last Nov. 17 and twice last Nov. 24, while Susy said she was molested by the suspect last Oct. 29.

The case has already been filed against the suspect at the Provincial Prosecutor's Office docketed under NR 03-L-2187, 03-L-2188, 03-L-2189 and
03-L-2190.

The suspect is now under the custody of the police.
