Chevrolet Pampanga is 2004 dealer of the year

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Chevrolet Pampanga has won its second national dealer of the year award in three years after it was awarded 2004 Dealer of the Year--also known as the Gold Mark of Excellence Award--on Tuesday night at the Manila Polo Club.

The dealership, which bagged the award in 2002, received a P1-million prize for the much-coveted plum.

The Dealer of the Year award is given to those who excel in achieving the prescribed requirements and realize exceptional customer satisfaction.
The said award, thus, recognizes how exceedingly well Chevrolet dealers value their customers.

In addition, Chevrolet Pampanga also took home the equally prestigious Grand Master of the Year Award for the General Motors Asia Pacific region, best in customer satisfaction and sales consultant of the year awards.

The award, an incentive given to dealers who meet the targets set by the GM Asia-Pacific headquarters based on performance and management standards, was worth P1 million in cash award and a trip to Hawaii for the "Best of the Best" dealer convention of Asia and the Pacific.

On hand to receive the awards and prizes for Chevrolet Pampanga were Levy P. Laus, chairman and CEO, his wife Tess, Carissa Laus Manalili, managing director, Nitz Razon, vice president for sales and aftersales, and other officers and employees of the dealership.

In a post-award statement, Laus dedicated the awards to the valued customers and friends of Chevrolet Pampanga who, he said, were the reasons for the dealership's outstanding achievements.

"We could not have done it without their loyal patronage and trust," he said.
He commended the Chevrolet Pampanga management team and its members for "a job excellently done."

He also thanked GM Philippines for its continued support to the Pampanga dealership.
