Porac link to SCT expressway okay if 6-km road erected: agency

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) said Thursday that it will approve the opening of an interchange for Porac if the Provincial Government could construct the six-kilometer access road.

Carmelo Dorotheo, deputy project manager for the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) Project, said the BCDA is amenable to constructing an interchange directly linking the central part of Pampanga to the tollroad.
