Angeles U, SM City Clark to hold Flores de Mayo

CLARK ECOZONE -- The Angeles University Foundation (AUF) and SM City Clark will stage "Flores de Mayo sa Clark" on May 25, 2006 at the SM City Clark Entertainment Plaza, said AUF chancellor Emmanuel Angeles on Thursday.

The grandest Santacruzan ever to hit town, "Flores de Mayo sa Clark" will feature 44 Kapampangan beauty titlists in commemoration of the 44th founding anniversary of AUF.

The "sagalas" will include Marilyn Maristela, Ms. Asia Pacific 1999; Maricel Morales, Mrs. World First Runner-up; Lorena Pangan, Supermodel of the World 1993 Finalist; Genebelle Raagas, Ms. Philippines Earth 2005; Rizel Macalum, Mutya ng Sinukwan 2005; Lyanna Paula Castro, Ms. Prisaa 2005; among others.

The participating designers are Bhraye Adefuin, Noel Calma, Jam Manaloto, Marco Madlangbayan, Richard de Jesus, Marlon Tuazon, Ding Baluyut and Frederick Policarpio. Proceeds of the Flores de Mayo Clark will be for the benefit of the charity patients at the AUF Medical Center.

The Flores de Mayo sa Clark is being organized by the AUF Center for Culture and the Arts headed by Gildo "Boron" Garcia, Jr. and the AUF Office of University Relations headed by its executive director, Tere Tayag-Paras.
