CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- A lawyer of the latest victim of suspected serial rapist Robert "Jun" Ponce on Monday expressed dismay over the delay of the resolution of the case filed before the Provincial Prosecutor's Office here.

According to Marissa Madrid-Dacayanan, it had already been three months since the last hearing, but the prosecutor handling the case has yet to release any resolution. "It's (rape case) long overdue," she said.
