Arroyo orders agencies to draft anti-flood plans

CLARK ECOZONE -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has ordered top National Government officials to prepare a master plan to solve the perennial flooding in Luzon.

Presidential chief of staff Michael Defensor disclosed this in a press briefing during the Anti Flood Summit held here last Wednesday afternoon.
