Crowned together with Miguel were Ms. Fire Thea Santiago, Ms. Air Joyce Ayson, Ms. Water Sara Magat and Ms. Eco-Tourism Sheena Bundalian.

Central Luzon has in the past several years been producing winners in the national pageant such as Gemma Gatdula -- Miss Philippines Eco-Tourism 2001, Honeylet Gascon -- Miss Philippines Eco-Tourism 2002, Laura Dunlap -- Miss Philippines Earth 2003, Genebelle Raagas -- Miss Philippines-Earth 2005 and Francis Diane Cervantes -- Miss Philippines Fire 2006.
