The awarding ceremony was held last July 24 at Max's Villa del Sol and was attended by MTL Foods managing directress Tess Laus, executive vice president for operations Kelly Manalese, employees and Max's Franchising Inc. (MFI) top executives, including board of director Cristina Garcia and chief executive officer Eda de Guzman.

After a thorough evaluation made by the Max's selection committee, Max's Pampanga garnered the Ruby's Diamond Club Award while Champions Club Awards were given to Max's Villa de Sol and Max's Dau.

For a Max's outlet to be able to attain such awards, one must consistently obtain a perfect rating in customer service in accordance with Max's Standard Operating Procedures.

The Max's Mystery Guest Program Award is a highly-acclaimed recognition being held quarterly. With an objective to reward those outstanding Max's branches abiding by the standard of excellence, Max's Mystery Guest Program will live up in accordance with its goal of promoting competitiveness among Max's outlets in the country today.
