CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The recent exposure of Pampanga Governor Eddie Panlilio in national media with his "honesty" over the alleged P500,000 bribe money from Malacañang has drawn rumors that the priest-turned-politician is eyeing a national position in the 2010 presidential election.

Political pundits in the province claim that Panlilio, who has been seen in television and banner photos of major newspapers in the country holding a bundle of P1,000 bills, may have been cooking up a political recipe for a possible berth in the national elections.
