Grandview Tower Sales Center opens

ANGELES CITY -- The Philippine Land Group Incorporated (PLGI) recently opened the Grandview Tower Sales Center along Don Juico Avenue in the commercial district of Balibago here.

The PLGI has developed its Grandview projects into world-class residential areas with complete amenities in progressive places in Pampanga.

The newly opened sales center is adjacent to the Grandview Tower, a seven-storey condominium and five-star hotel.

"It will provide its proud owners luxurious living at an affordable price," said the PLGI in a statement.

Earlier, PLGI launched the Grandview Heights II in nearby Barangay Mawaque, Mabalacat town. It has been described as a housing project, which "you could be proud of due to its amenities."

Grandview Heights II is just beside its other housing project, Grandview Heights I.

City Administrator Ireneo Alvaro, who represented Mayor Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno, and PLGI officials led by President Maurice Merkesteijn cut the ceremonial ribbon to open Grandview's sales center.

Councilor Maricel Morales and other special guests graced the occasion.

Ambassador Raul Ilustre Goco and Mayor Marino "Boking" Morales recently led the launching of the Grandview Heights II subdivision located at Barangay Mawaque in Mabalacat town.

Arnel DG Torres, General Manager of PLGI, said the firm is one of the fastest growing real-estate companies in the country.

"Our company has won the Annual National Consumers Award for Most Outstanding Real Estate developer and is now being recognized by the Philippine government," Torres said.

"Our company, Grand View Homes Incorporated in conjunction with The Philippines Land Group Incorporated, is dedicated and keen on delivering a total housing program with distinct designs that shall conform to the buyers' needs and capabilities," he said.

On July 1, 2006, Grandview Homes developed the Grandview Heights 1, which has a total land area of 10,200 square meters and 123 housing units.

On February 23 last year, the real estate firm started developing Grandview Heights 2 with a total land area of 32,032. The subdivision will accommodate about 211 housing units.

"We believe Grandview Heights 2 offers the buyer an affordable home built in community that offers complete amenities and security. The setting is ideal with a view on both Mt. Arayat and Mt. Pinatubo," Torres said.
