CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Governor Eddie Panlilio has set the parameters for his impending dialogue with the Provincial Board (PB), which will also be attended by Pampanga mayors.
According to Panlilio, he is prepared to discuss three points in the dialogue with the PB. Foremost would be the issues on budget, infrastructure projects, and his relationship with the PB.
