San Pedro, who was an active street parliamentarian during the Marcos regime, was a member of the Laban ni Ninoy sa Central Luzon. After the 1996 EDSA People Power revolution, he was appointed by the late Gov. Bren Guiao as secretary of the Provincial Board.

He was a former top councilman of Barangay Sta. Ines in his hometown Bacolor, former organizer of the Kampo ng Bayan Laban sa Pelco 2 in the 80's, and former instructor at the Republic Central Colleges and the University of the Assumption.

He was also a columnist of Coffee Punch weekly and co-anchor of dwRW's Talakayan radio program.

In 1998, San Pedro was designated as secretary of Bacolor's Municipal Council.

San Pedro, who succumbed to diabetes, is survived by his sons Voltaire (Bong), Kissinger, and Ninoy. His wife Primitiva passed away in 2004.
