WIDUS International Leisure Incorporated signed a contract with Palafox Associates for the Phase 2 Developments: Villa Project and Master Planning of the 3.42-hectare Proposed Casino and Water Park Complex last September 13 at Hotel Vida inside Clark Freeport Zone.
Palafox Associates is a multi-disciplinary firm of ISO-accredited architects, interior designers, engineers, landscape architects and environment/urban planners.
With the 1st Tower of Hotel Vida completed and operated by no less than Fuego Hotels and Properties Corporation, Widus moves to the next phase in its development timeline. The Phase 2 Development shall start with the Master Planning of the entire 3.42-hectare planned casino-resort complex plus the 8,567 square meters villa project. A water-theme park and the 2nd Tower of Hotel Vida are next in line in the series of Phase 2 projects.
With the international exposure gained through extensive work experience in over 30 countries and expertise in master planning of Palafox Associates, Widus aims to realize its goal of being a premier tourist destination in Clark, Pampanga.
Palafox has master-planned golf course communities of Sta. Elena, Manila Southwoods, and The Country Club; and the residential communities of Hacienda Sta. Elena, The Promenade, Pacific Heights, La Marea, and Grand Centennial Homes, among others.
Widus President and chief executive officer (CEO), Daesik Han and Neki Liwanag, Executive Assistant to the President signed the contract with Palafox representatives -- Arch. Felino "Jun" Palafox, Jr., and Arch. Anton Estrada, at Hotel Vida, which marks a significant milestone in Widus History.
