Garbage causes row between 2 councilmen

MANGALDAN -- A barangay councilman earned the ire of a fellow councilman in Barangay Anolid here over the indiscriminate throwing of garbage.

Councilman Domingo Clata deplored Councilman Rogelio Bautista for shouting at him.

Clata said the residents brought to his attention the piles of garbage in front of the house of Bautista.

Clata informed the barangay chairman so that the problem would be addressed.

Bautista removed the piles of garbage, which he earlier took out from the drainage canal, and returned them in the canal, after which he started throwing a tantrum. FPM
