Filing of rape case v. pa to push through
SAN JACINTO -- The filing of a rape case against a man who sexually abused his four daughters here will proceed.
This developed after a representative from the regional office of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and Nancy Monbarda, municipal social welfare and development officer, had managed to convince the mother about filing the case and that she would have her children sign the affidavit-complaint against their father.
PO1 Gigi Centeno, head of the women and children complaint desk of the municipal police, was also with them.
The mother purportedly assured that she would personally endorse her daughters for custody at the DSWD.
When the DSWD regional office and the municipal DSWD office representatives went to the house of the victims Thursday, they chanced upon the mother and her two daughters.
The other one is already married so she was with her husband while another one was with her aunt.
The mother denied that she was hiding her three daughters who were allegedly abused sexually by their father (name withheld).
Centeno, head of the women and children complaint desk of the municipal police, was initially worried that the mother might totally influence in not pursuing the case against Lucas. FPM
