Jerico Estrada, 20, single and a resident of Barangay Cabalaoangan, San Quintin was arrested Friday morning by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ulysses Butuyan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 51 here for a rape case filed against Estrada.
The suspect is in the custody of the 107th Provincial Mobile Group based here.
In Sta. Barbara town, Chief Inspector Domingo Eden reported the arrest of a person who was the subject of three arrest warrants issued by different courts in Dagupan City.
Eden identified the suspect as Ernel Ramos, 27, a resident of Barangay Matic-Matic of the same town.
The warrants of arrest were issued by Judge Silverio Castillo of RTC Branch 44 dated Oct. 11, 2006 with P24,000 recommended as bailbond and by Judge Rolando G. Mislang of RTC Branch 42, Dagupan City dated Oct. 11, 2006 with a fixed bailbond of P30,000. Judge Roberto Rudio of RTC Branch 40 also issued a warrant for Ramos’s arrest on Oct. 14, 206 with a recommended bailbond of P30,000. (LCMY/Sunnex)
