He is confined at the Our Lady of Purification Doctors Hospital.

Lucasan, on board a blue Volkswagen bearing license plate AAX-338, was traversing McArthur Highway in Barangay Naguilayan here when an L-300 van coming from the opposite lane rammed into his vehicle.

The victim was on his way home to Dagupan City when the incident took place after attending the Pangasinan Media Christmas party tendered by Governor Amado Espino to all journalists in the province.

Police said the driver of the van, Anthony Tabora, was drunk during the accident. Tabora was then with Fhel John Aquino, Gary Garcia, and John Caguioa.

Garcia and Caguioa were also injured in the incident. (LCMY/Sunnex)
