Priest hurt in accident

A PRIEST of the Sta. Maria parish and his servant figured in a vehicular accident Friday while they were going to Lantawan at around 2:10 AM.
The victims were identified as Fr. Jude Dacumbe parish priest of Sta. Maria and his servant Santiago Amper.
The incident happened when the priest and his servant were on the way to Lantawan to say mass in a chapel there.
Slippery roads forced their Lifan Van with plate number 9H-1200 to slide towards a canal and bump into a concrete wall.
The victims were immediately rushed to the Western Mindanao Medical Center for treatment of their wounds.
The priest and his companion are said to be in critical condition. |
