THE police suspects that the possible motive in the shooting of a businessman last Monday evening at Tetuan could be robbery.
Trader Julius Domingo 40 years of age and a stall owner at Sta. Cruz Public market was shot by two of three gunmen last Monday night.
Domingo was shot along Marquez Drive Barangay Tetuan.
The victim's nephew who was wounded in the shooting was identified by the police as Gerald Domingo 18 years of age and a resident of the same place.
The victims were rushed to the Western Mindanao Medical Center for treatment of their wounds.
However, Julius died on arrival at the hospital while Gerald sustained wounds on both legs.
