US Special Forces join summer paintball games

MEMBERS of the American Special Forces and Philippine Scout Rangers will make special participation in the 1st Zamboanga Amateur Paintball Open on Sunday (April 25) starting 8 a.m. at the ZAEC Cabatangan Campus.

The paintball open is one of the activities for this year's Zamboanga Summer Festival. It is open to all teams and organizations of seven members each who will be provided the equipment (guns) and paintball gears and paintball bullets from P500 registration fee.

The ZAEC Communication Center headed by Margarita Bernante in coordination with the City Tourism Office are the hosts of the event.

Other participating teams are Zamboanga Press Club, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, City Tousims Office, IFM Team I-FM, ZAEC Criminology, PBCOM Blue Phoenix, Lottlot Team, Mozcom Zamboanga-Netaccess, Nikki, ALRT, Dimsum Diner, GSK Company and several others.

Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams after the Paint Ball Open. (City Hall PIO)
