Lobregat, Fabian lead city celebration of Independence Day

CITY Mayor Erico Basilio A. Fabian and Congressman Celso L. Lobregat lead city officials in commemorating the 106th Anniversary of Independence Saturday, starting with the raising of the national flag and wreath-laying ceremony, at exactly 7:00 a.m., at the Rizal Monument.
The wreath laying and floral offering will be led by Congressman Lobregat, Mayor Fabian and the City Councilors to be followed by the chiefs of local and national offices.
The commemorative program for the 106th Independence Day celebration is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
The Zamboanga Hermosa Chorale will lead the doxology and the singing of the National Anthem; Mayor Fabian will deliver the Welcome Address.
Rep. Lobregat will deliver an inspirational message, while Councilor Asbi Edding will introduce the guest speaker for the program - Col. Efren Armando Z. Macasil, Philippine Air Force commander, 3rd Tactical Operation Wing, Edwin Andrews Airbase.
