Another salvage victim found in Tugbungan

ANOTHER salvage victim was found Friday morning in Marigold, Barangay Tugbungan, Zamboanga City.

Residents in the barangay discovered the body of a suspected salvage victim around 6:00 a.m. and immediately reported the matter to the Tetuan Police Station 6.

Police investigator Tirso Sarmiento identified the victim as Robin C. Sarao, 23, single, jobless and a resident of Guiwan.

The victim's neck, arms and legs were tied with galvanized wire, the police said.

The victim, described as 5'3" in height, with dark complexion, regular built, curly hair, and clad in denim pants, is also using blue sleeveless shirt printed with the words "Air Force".

The parents claimed that their son is not connected in any drug-related incident or activity.

The victim's body presently lies at the Villa Funeral Homes. (Jung-jung Francisco)
