Recruitment on for naval officers
THE Naval Manpower and Development Center (NMDC), through the PN Mobile Recruitment Team (PNMRT), will conduct a series of provincial recruitment activities to give opportunity for those residing in the country to take examination for the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC).
The recruitment will be conducted in coordination with the Naval Forces and the Naval Reserve Command as testing centers in Zamboanga, Davao, Cebu, Puerto Princesa, Legaspi, and San Fernando, La Union. Members of the PNMRT will proceed to these cities and conduct AFP Aptitude Test Battery (AFPATB), IQ, and initial screening of applicants for NOCC, on July 12-15, 2005.
Qualifications for applicants are as follows: Must be a natural born Filipino citizen; with good moral character; single, between 21-29 years old; Baccalaureate degree holder, preferably technical course; at least 5'4" tall for male, 5'2" for female; have no civil criminal case; physically and mentally fit for military training; and must pass all AFP qualifying examinations.
Applicants must fill-up application form. They must fill-up all applicable entries legibly with black pen, attach one (1) colored 2x2 picture in the box labeled on the front page of the form. When called for interview bring along the application form together with the original copy of birth certificate, school diploma, transcript of school records and valid NBI clearance for verification. If found qualified, applicants will be informed by the recruiter on the schedule of the AFPTB. Applicants will be required to attach another 2x2 picture in the examination permit.
