THERE have always been suspicions and persistent public opinion that some party list lawmakers are channeling their countryside development fund to support the revolutionary struggle of the communist group, the military said in a report furnished to Sun.Star Zamboanga by the Philippine Information Agency.

Bayan Muna Representative Satur Ocampo reportedly criticized Ateneo's Center for Strategic Studies (CSS) as a "poisoned source," after the study released its result alleging that the congressman and other party list legislators channeled state funds to communist rebels, the PIA reported.
