'Know your electric bill thru text'
GOOD news to member-consumers of Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative (Zamcelco).
As part of its information-technology-driven campaign, Zamcelco has launched a new program, which provides member-consumers an easy and convenient way of inquiring about their electric bills and other important information.
Dubbed as "Zamcelco Txt Power," the program gives member-consumers the privilege to know their current electric bills simply through text.
They can also avail of recent updates and announcements with the convenience of consumers' mobile phones through the program, Zamcelco General Manager Reinerio Ramos disclosed.
Ramos said that interested member-consumers who want to avail of the services of the Zamcelco TxT Power need only to register first his account number based on his electric bill statement and his chosen PIN number by texting it to the designated number for Globe/Touch Mobile and Smart subscribers.
Ramos said that with the ZAMCELCO TxT POWER, member-consumers would have easier and faster way of obtaining information and updates from the power cooperative. (Press release)
