THE local office of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) has submitted the list of voters to its central office for cleansing and determine whether there are double or multiple registrants in Zamboanga City.
District I election officer Roy Cuevas said there were around 360,000 registered voters, including new ones, in this city's already two political districts.
